Harrison is an Associate and part of the firm’s Litigation Department.  He specializes in Civil Litigation, all aspects of Commercial Law Litigation and Employment Law. Harrison was also part of the Kenya Emergency Group Litigation (Eloise Mukami Kimathi, James Karanja Nyoro and Others –vs- The Foreign Commonwealth Office), the largest of the various cases seeking reparations for individuals that suffered human rights abuses from the British Colonial Government during the Kenyan State of Emergency.

In line with the firm’s policy of providing innovative and practical legal solutions to meet Client needs, Harrison is part of the team responsible for the firm’s mediation and other alternative dispute resolution procedures, a mechanism designed to limit and manage clients’ exposure in litigious matters.
